Orders can take anywhere from 1-5 business days for delivery from the time the order was received. This is mostly dependent on your distance from Philadelphia, and Shipping Service selected at checkout. Most orders are delivered within 3-4 days of the order being placed if not before. If you selected "Pick-Up" as your delivery service, you can expect a confirmation that your order is ready for pick-up within a few hours. If the order is placed after 6 PM, it may take until the following day for us to make it available for pick-up.
Customer must have a photo ID and the order number ready when you arrive for your order. The ID shown at pickup must match the name on the order's billing info.
